Religious Habits - making religious women accessable to the modern world

It seems amongst religious women in Australia and the United States such rediculous notions still persist - will someone please take some photo's for posterity - they must be painted on the church wall so that generations to come can admire their folly!

Possibly the Princess was "princess" in more ways than one! Surely not much time to pray when one had to dress like that every day - although at least the hair-do wasn't a problem!

Such a shame Dame Edna didn't establish a community of sisters during her Catholic phase....

Surely the Princess was a prophetess! She read the signs of the times - see how the veil is thrown off in favour of a starched wimple but higher than any 60's Bee hive. The wimple seems to say to us "Am I not lofty?"

Curious the mention of Dame Edna not having established a community - I think she must have written a "Rule" - I'm certain that half the relious women in Melbourne observe it.
