I don't wish to experience vestments in church which are short enough to look like a bib thanks very much.

Yes I admit that the cut of vestment is far too like the Boromaen style and no doubt the alb should be of lace.
It was the incese and altar that appealed to me - If you could bring yourself to look past the vested person perhaps you might see what I mean.
Personally I would have prefered a more byzantine or early Romanesque style vestment but I am not aware theat many are made.
